Viber
Viber, also known as Rakuten Viber, uses a device's native emoji font within the application's own emoji keyboard.
This means that Apple devices will see Apple's emoji design set, while Android users will see a different emoji design set depending on the manufacturer of their devices (though most likely the Noto Color Emoji set).
The messaging platform also include several emoji-like sticker options, such as those shown below.
