Input Symbols
A symbol showing the following glyphs: 〒 (Japanese postal mark), 𝅘𝅥𝅮 (music note), & (ampersand, or sometimes an @ symbol) and % (percentage sign).
Intended to be used on a software keyboard, or other input screen to enable symbol input, as opposed to alphabetical or numeric input.
Input Symbols was approved as part of Unicode 6.0 in 2010 under the name "Input Symbol for Symbols" and added to Emoji 1.0 in 2015.
