Zero Width Joiner

A <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon">dragon</a>, a mythical creature resembling a giant reptile found in the folklore of many cultures. Depicted as a green, <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_dragon">Chinese-styled dragon</a> in full profile facing left. Generally shown with a curling, snake-like body, clawed feet, yellowish scales on its back, horn-like structures on its head, and whisker-like tendrils by its nostrils.

The now-discontinued Microsoft&nbsp;<a href="/emoji-zwj-sequence/">ZWJ sequence</a>&nbsp;<a href="/ninja-cat/">🐱&zwj;👤&nbsp;Ninja Cat</a>&nbsp;did not include the&nbsp;ninja&nbsp;emoji at all as it was developed several years before ninja&nbsp;was approved. It combined&nbsp;<a href="/cat-face/">🐱 Cat Face</a> and <a href="/bust-in-silhouette/">👤 Bust in Silhouette</a> and was&nbsp;only available from Microsoft prior to the debut of the Fluent emoji set in November 2021.

Ninja

A Tyrannosaurus rex, a massive, meat-eating dinosaur with huge jaws, tiny arms, and a long tail. Depicted as a green <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyrannosaurus">tyrannosaur</a> standing on its hind lefts facing left, often with a textured back, sharp teeth, and clawed toes.

May be used to represent various dinosaurs, including raptors. See also <a href="/sauropod/">🦕 Sauropod</a>.

May also be used to call a person a dinosaur, i.e. imply that they are old-fashioned or out-of-touch with modern sentiments.

<a href="/google/android-8.0/t-rex/">Google&rsquo;s</a> T-rex used to look somewhat like&nbsp;a velociraptor, though the design has since changed. <a href="/samsung/experience-9.0/t-rex/">Samsung&rsquo;s</a> T-Rex was previously red, <a href="/microsoft/windows-10-fall-creators-update/t-rex/">Microsoft&#39;s</a> brown, and&nbsp;<a href="/facebook/2.1/t-rex/">Facebook&rsquo;s</a> only a green head with open jaws.

T-Rex

A variation of <a href="/ninja-cat/">Ninja Cat</a> which was&nbsp;shown with a helmet and <a href="/superhero/">cape</a>.&nbsp;This emoji was included in <a href="/microsoft/">Windows 10</a> as a proprietary <a href="/emoji-zwj-sequence/">ZWJ Sequence</a> which was not supported by other vendors.
