Crossed Flags
Two Japanese Flags, crossed at the base. Except on some older Samsung devices, which have previously displayed two South Korean flags, and on recent Huawei devices, where both flags are plain white.
Crossed Flags was approved as part of Unicode 6.0 in 2010 and added to Emoji 1.0 in 2015.
